Program Overview:

Get ready for the school year with clear vision! Up North Eye Care is offering a special Back-to-School Discount to help students and families start the semester off right.

Eligibility:

• The Back-to-School Discount is available to all students 18 and under.
• Discount is available for new and existing patients.

Discount Details:

• • 20% off all prescription eyewear (glasses and lenses or prescription sunglasses).- Must purchase a complete pair 
  • 10% off all contact lenses – must be a year supply of Contacts.

• 10% off non-prescription sunglasses 

How It Works:

1. Schedule an Eye Exam: Book an eye exam by 9/30/25  to take advantage of the discount.
2. Choose Your Eyewear: Select your frames and lenses or order Contacts. 
3. Enjoy Your Savings: Receive your 20% discount on glasses, 10% on a year’s supply of contacts.

Program Duration:

• This promotion is available from 07/01/2025 through 09/30/25
  • If your exam has already been done and you have not ordered – you can still take advantage of this discount. If you have already ordered we will honor the discount on your next order – give us a call and mention you saw the promotion but already ordered and we will make a note in your chart.
• Appointments must be scheduled and services completed by 09/30/25.
• Up North Eye Care reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time with prior notice.
• Offer must be redeemed within 60 days of your exam.

Limitations:

• Discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Prescription glasses must be purchased from the selection of frames and lenses offered by the practice. Must purchase a complete pair of glasses (frames + lenses)
• The Back-to-School Discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Offer valid for glasses OR Contacts – cannot be used on both. 
• Discount eligible on one pair of glasses only
